The brushless capsule polishing & sorting machine (PCS) has an original polishing mode with long-fiber cloth,it solves the problems of poor,low efficiency and wipe capsules softly.Slices of dustless cloth on the plate are very soft ,easy to setup,remove,and clean.They polish capsules thoroughly as polishing by towels with human hands,harmless to outside surfaced of capsule.After capsules come our from the filler and before they enter the polishing plate,the sorting unit of PCS is able to eliminate empty and half-empty capsules as an extra function of PCS.
